CAMP HIROSHIMA: Migration
CAMP HIROSHIMA, the continuation of the CAMP BERLIN project held in Berlin in February 2008, focuses on Hiroshima’s relationship with foreign countries, which can be found since the prewar period. Prewar Hiroshima is one of the prefectures that sent many emigrants abroad. With the theme of migration, this project will remind us of the long history of Hiroshima to consider the city’s role in the current situation of globalization through the power of art. This exhibition considers Hiroshima from a global viewpoint.
